As expected Valentine’s Day is centered around people in relationships. What about all of the single people that have to endure this onslaught of love and romance, but don’t want to do it alone? This year, half of all Americans identify as single. In an effort to help, WalletHub.com has compiled the best and worst states for single people in the U.S. They looked at 30 different categories that range from restaurants per capita, number of single people in the state, cost of dating, and much more.
