Georgia shooting: 3 dead, 3 injured after gunfire erupts on Mother’s Day
DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. – Three people are dead and three others hurt after gunfire erupted at a Georgia condominium complex on Mother’s Day, authorities said.
According to WSB-TV, the incident occurred shortly after 7 p.m. Sunday at the Brannon Hill Condominiums in DeKalb County. Police arrived to find five people who had suffered gunshot wounds, the news outlet reported.
Three people died at the scene, authorities said. Emergency crews rushed the two others, who had serious injuries, to nearby hospitals, WSB-TV reported. Another person with serious injuries later arrived at an area hospital, police said.
Police have not yet made any arrests or identified any suspects in connection with the shooting, according to WSB-TV. The investigation is ongoing, authorities said.
