LOS ANGELES – The home belonging to “Full House” star Bob Saget is on the market. The price tag is a hefty $7.765 million.

The six-bedroom, approximately 6,600-square-foot estate is located in the Brentwood section of Los Angeles, the Los Angeles Times reported.

Saget, 65, the “America’s Funniest Home Videos” host who died in an Orlando, Florida, hotel room on Jan. 9, paid $2.895 million for the property in 2003, records show. The home was built in 1964, E! Online reported.

The actor-comedian’s nephew, Adam Saget of Compass, is handling the sale, according to The Wall Street Journal.

“It’s an emotional and personal listing that means a lot to me,” Adam Saget told the newspaper.

The home has stone and hardwood flooring, a two-story living room with skylights, an eat-in kitchen, three fireplaces, and Elan smart home technology, Adam Saget said.

“Bob was very into tech,” Adam Saget told The Wall Street Journal. “Over the years he put in smart house controls and automation throughout the home.”

The average single-family home in the Brentwood area sold for about $6.04 million in the first quarter of 2022, a 22.1% increase from the same period of 2021, The Wall Street Journal reported.

News of the home’s listing comes days before the premiere of the Netflix special, “A Tribute To Bob Saget,” which chronicles the comedian’s career, E! Online reported.
