Houston, TX – The Dean of the Cameron School of Business at the University of St. Thomas has resigned amid allegations he may have lied on his resume.

Dr. Mario Enzler’s resignation was accepted by the University on Wednesday.

A Houston Chronicle report claims a group of faculty fact-checked Dr. Enzler’s resume, after concerns over his leadership and his appointment. The university where he apparently received his Ph.D. doesn’t actually offer doctorates, and the Bachelor’s Degree turned out to be from a high school, not a college.

On Friday afternoon, the University of St. Thomas received and accepted Mario Enzler’s resignation. Our focus is now on the future of the Cameron School of Business and serving our students through this transition period.

Dr. Enzler’s biography has been removed from the University website.
