The street value of the narcotics was estimated at $2.7 million, the television station reported.

According to Korenek, Sgt. Randy Thumann stopped a Volkswagen SUV for a traffic violation at 2:13 p.m. on Interstate 10 near Schulenberg, a city located halfway between Houston and San Antonio.
