HOUSTON – A Houston man is accused of killing his wife after police found her body in a commercial freezer where he worked, authorities said.
Curtis Allen Holliday, 58, was charged with the murder of Chi Thi Lien Le, 29, who had been missing since April 3, KTRK reported. Members of Le’s family reported the woman missing when they said they had been unable to contact her for several days, the television station reported.
Investigators interviewed Holliday, who was arrested May 5 for violation of bond on a protective order and continuous violence against a family member, at the Harris County Jail, KHOU reported.
According to court documents, Holliday assaulted his wife on Nov. 28, 2019, and Dec. 25, 2019.
When deputies conducted a search at Holliday’s business, they found Le’s body in a commercial freezer, KTRK reported.
Le’s death was ruled a homicide and Holliday was charged with murder, the television station reported. He is being held without a bond.
