Actress Keke Palmer and Darius Jackson announced that they have welcomed their first child together.

“Nope” star Palmer, 29, announced Monday on Instagram that she gave birth to a baby boy that she and Jackson named Leodis Andrellton Jackson, according to the Today Show.
Palmer shared some family photos and videos in a slideshow on Instagram, each paired with a caption, according to People Magazine.
“Born during Black History Month, with a name to match! LEODIS ANDRELLTON JACKSON, welcome to the world baby Leo,” said Palmer on Instagram.
The first slide showed what Palmer and Jackson said they looked like after “only 48hrs of being parents,” according to People Magazine. The slides included two videos, and then showed the new family of three in the hospital room.
Palmer also shared on Instagram that Jackson used to make her playlists when they first started dating, according to E News.
“Darius always made me playlists when we first started dating, “Someone” by El Debarge was a favorite. We became each other’s someone and made a someone, look at God! ”
Palmer first announced her pregnancy in Dec. 2022 during her opening monologue on “Saturday Night Live,” the Today Show said.
“There’s some rumors going around, people have been in my comments saying, ‘Keke’s having a baby, Keke’s pregnant,’ and I wanna set the record straight — I am,” Palmer said, according to People Magazine.
Jackson also showed some photos on Instagram of Leodis sleeping, according to the Today Show.
