93Q has been invited to join a fantastic, family-friendly solar celebration at the Museum’s Sundial to observe the deep partial phases on Saturday, October 14, 2023 from 10am to 2pm!

Outside the Museum’s main entrance, participate in hand-made crafts, solar experiments, and safely view the eclipse using special viewers or telescopes designed just for this purpose. Inside, track the sun’s progress across Texas or step into the Burke Baker Planetarium where staff will help you discover where and how solar eclipses occur with screenings of Totality Over Texas.

No ticket required. For more information, click here.

Come see us at the 93Q Tent to get a LIMITED number of special eye protecting glasses from our friends at Mann Eye Institute.
