It’s never too early to prepare for hurricane season, especially after the first named storm, Alberto, made landfall in Mexico to serve as a reminder.

Heavy rains hit Houston Tuesday and Wednesday from Alberto. While the city got of easy all things considered, it’s more than likely this won’t be the last bit of tropical weather the area will face, according to the NOAA’s forecast. Here’s what you should do to be prepared for the storms that may be headed Houston’s way this season:
