Football-loving country music fans sure have something to be thankful for this holiday season, as Lainey Wilson will take center stage during the Salvation Army’s Red Kettle Kickoff halftime show on Thanksgiving in Arlington. The news broke Sunday during the Dallas Cowboys‘ game against the Detroit Lions.

Wilson will be following in the footsteps of the legendary Dolly Parton, who performed at last year’s Red Kettle Kickoff halftime show. Ongoing since 1997, the Red Kettle Kickoff halftime show has featured a variety of legendary country musicians, including Reba McEntire, Randy Travis, Tobey Keith, Carrie Underwood and Kenny Chesney. The show aims to raise money for people who are less fortunate.

The Cowboys will take on the New York Giants on Thanksgiving as part of the NFL’s traditional three-game holiday slate. The game kicks off at 3:30 p.m. on Nov. 28, and will be available on FOX.
