Country music star Morgan Wallen had his criminal charges reduced to misdemeanors ahead of his Thursday plea hearing, according to The Tennessean. The charges stem from an incident back in April where he threw a chair from the sixth floor of a Broadway bar in Nashville.

The judge presiding over the case set Wallen’s plea hearing for 12:45 p.m. on Thursday, where his case was moved from a general session court to a criminal court on Tuesday. The charges were lowered to misdemeanors during the shift of courts.

Wallen’s charges included disorderly conduct, a misdemeanor, and three reckless counts of endangerment with a deadly weapon, a class E felony. A class E felony is the lowest level of felony charges. His felony charge was lowered to two misdemeanor counts of reckless endangerment without a weapon.

Last month, Wallen won his second CMA Award, taking home the “Entertainer of the Year” award for the first time.
