HOUSTON — Radio One hosted its annual Rodeo Kickoff party to celebrate the arrival of the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo, which begins with the World’s Championship Bar-B-Que Contest on Feb. 27 and Opening Day on March 4. A major event of the night was the arrival of the rodeo’s mascot, Howdy, who the 93Q on-air staff had something special for.
