Kane Brown Transforms His Body After a 60-Hour Fast

Kane Brown is known for his music—but now he’s turning heads with his new fitness journey.

Now, he’s letting people in on a personal change—one that has nothing to do with the stage.

After years of touring and grabbing fast food late at night, Kane found himself stuck in unhealthy habits.

But earlier this year, one surprising decision helped turn everything around: a 60-hour fast.

What started as a group challenge while snowed in on tour became a major turning point in Kane’s health journey.

That fast led to a complete reset—physically and mentally—and helped Kane realize just how much he was eating out of boredom. It also sparked a much bigger goal: he wants to get into bodybuilding.

Now, Kane is sharing his transformation and hoping to inspire others to take control of their own health, too.

Here’s how it all started:

It Began With a Fast

While snowed in during a tour stop in Quebec City, Kane and his friends decided to try something extreme: a 60-hour fast.

  • No food.
  • Just water, black coffee, and determination.

Surprisingly, Kane said it wasn’t as hard as he thought it would be—and it helped him realize that he’d been eating out of boredom, not hunger.

“It basically kickstarted me on wanting to be healthy,” Kane said during a recent appearance on The Bobby Bones Show.

Breaking Old Habits

Before the fast, Kane said he was eating late and not paying attention to his health.

“I was eating two cheeseburgers at 2 in the morning. I wasn’t working out. I was 205 pounds,” he admitted. “I was eating sugar, I was drinking Red Bulls—all this stuff I just didn’t need.”

The fast helped him realize a lot of his eating habits weren’t out of hunger.

He cut out sugar, swapped fast food for lean meats and veggies, and committed to his goals.

“I was eating out of boredom,” he said. “That’s what I realized after the fast.”

Bodybuilding & Clean Eating

Now, Kane says he’s focused on staying healthy and building muscle.

“I’m technically bodybuilding now,” he revealed. “I’ve been super dedicated to fitness and health.”

He’s sticking to lean meats and vegetables and staying away from sugar and processed foods.

And he’s proud of how far he’s come. In April, he shared a side-by-side photo of his transformation on Instagram:

“From April 1st on the (left) until today (right), I’ve been super dedicated to fitness and health. I would love others to come on this journey with me.”
