Just when you think his star couldn’t shine any brighter, Zach Top finds a way. The young country superstar took to the field Sunday night to deliver a fantastic rendition of the “The Star-Spangled Banner” ahead of the NFL’s NFC Championship Game at Lumen Field in Seattle.

The game featured the “I Never Lie” singer’s home state Seattle Seahawks hosting the Los Angeles Rams in a game that’d determine the team that would be facing the New England Patriots in the Super Bowl.

Top took to Lumen Field’s social media to announce his upcoming performance on Sunday afternoon, with the stadium’s account stating not to “miss” the anthem. I feel sorry for anyone that did.

Decked out in a bright green and blue ’90s Seahawks Starter jacket, fitting for the leader of the neotraditional country music, Top took to the field in front of 68,773 fans (and millions more watching their TVs) to sing what some call the most difficult song to sing – and he nailed it!

The Washington native gave a beautiful rendition of the national anthem – not missing a note – introducing millions who may not have known him to one of country music’s best voices, something many country fans have known for at least a year or two.

Top continues to show that he is one of the many leading faces of the country genre, which may be experiencing its “golden era,” depending on how one views the 2020s versus the 1990s.
