California Dingus Sentenced For Toe-Sucking Home Invasion
California Dingus Sentenced After Breaking Into Home, Sucking Woman’s Toes
A California man has been sentenced to more than six years in prison after prosecutors say he stalked a woman, broke into her home, and was found sucking her toes while she slept.
According to the Stanislaus County District Attorney’s Office, Cristian Solorio, 28, of Modesto, was convicted of stalking and breaking into a residence with the intent to commit a sex act.

How the Case Began
Prosecutors say Solorio first saw the woman at her workplace in February 2025 and “immediately became obsessed with her.”
According to the district attorney’s office, Solorio began showing up at her job multiple times a day and would loiter outside waiting to approach her when she left. He allegedly asked her out repeatedly and even sent her a letter saying he wanted to take her to Mexico.
Authorities say the harassment continued for several weeks, and Solorio eventually learned where the woman lived.
Maybe they told him to stay 50 feet away, but all he heard was “feet”.
The Break-In
Prosecutors say that on the night of May 21, 2025, Solorio went to the woman’s home and waited until after her father left.
He then allegedly broke into the house.
The woman later told authorities she woke up to find Solorio in her bedroom sucking her toes.
According to prosecutors, the victim stayed calm and spoke to Solorio in a friendly manner in an effort to de-escalate the situation and keep him calm.
Eventually, other family members entered the room, demanded that he leave, and Solorio fled the home.
Arrest and Sentencing
The woman reported the incident to the sheriff’s office, and authorities later identified and arrested Solorio.
Deputy District Attorney Vita Palazuelos said Solorio was located and arrested within hours.
Palazuelos also said the victim was “incredibly brave” and “did all the right things to get him to leave her alone.”
According to prosecutors, Solorio admitted to breaking into the home to approach the woman. He later pleaded no contest to the charges.
A no contest plea means a defendant does not admit guilt, but also does not dispute the charges.
Solorio was sentenced to the maximum term of 6 years and 8 months in prison. Surprised it wasn’t 10 years – one for each toe.
