According to The Associated Press, the latest arrest occurred about 1:30 a.m. following a gathering at a home in Pahoa on Hawaii’s Big Island. In a news release, the Hawaii Police Department said Miller had become “irate after being asked to leave and reportedly threw a chair,” striking an injuring a 26-year-old woman. The victim, who suffered a half-inch cut on her forehead, refused treatment, police said.

Officers later located Miller near Highway 130 and Kukula Street and arrested the actor on a charge of second-degree assault, police said. Miller has since been “released pending further investigation,” the department said.
Last month, police arrested Miller on charges of disorderly conduct and harassment at a bar on Silva Street in Hilo. Police said Miller “became agitated while patrons at the bar began singing karaoke,” according to a news release. Miller then started to shout obscenities, grabbed a microphone from a 23-year-old woman and lunged at a 32-year-old man who was playing darts, the release said.
Following the arrest, Miller posted $500 bail and was released, police said.
