Hola my 93Q amigos! I’m Gerardo, your mid day DJ!
Born and raised here in Missouri City, Texas and love calling Houston my home. I have been with 93Q Country since 2019. Started as a promo kid, handing out koozies and meeting y’all at our events! Summer of 2022 was when I got to be On-Air for the first time achieving a lifelong goal of mine.
When I am not On-Air or at our events, you can find me fishing, hunting, rodeoing, or at your local dance hall playing pool and creating new memories with family and friends.
I wanted to be in the radio industry since I was 14 years old. Studied and worked towards that goal ever since and glad to be able to get my start here in my hometown. A city filled with great people and equally great food. I couldn’t be prouder to be a part of your day here in Houston.
Fun facts about me:
I was born on Mother’s day making my mom a mother on Mother’s day. I used to wrestle alligators as a kid. And I am a first generation born American!
