If you saw on social a bunch of people asking why the ground was shaking in Texas, apparently a wave of seismic activity has reportedly been detected across parts of Texas, with 20 earthquakes recorded between 1AM and 10AM according to preliminary monitoring data.
Magnitudes reportedly ranged from 2.0 to 4.2, with tremors felt near Dallas, Waco, Austin, Corpus Christi, Wichita Falls, and surrounding areas.
Officials say there is currently no tsunami threat and no major damage has been confirmed, but residents are encouraged to remain alert as aftershocks may still occur.
Experts believe the activity could be linked to underground fault movement and regional seismic pressure changes. While Texas is not usually associated with major earthquakes, smaller quake swarms have occasionally been recorded in parts of the state over recent years.

Ella Langley Says She Was Homeschooled Through Sixth Grade
Country artist Ella Langley recently shared a surprising personal story while appearing on Theo Von’s podcast.
Ella revealed that she had multiple eye surgeries growing up, and the experience affected her so much that her parents decided to pull her out of school.
She says she was homeschooled through the sixth grade before eventually returning to school in seventh grade — the same school her dad attended. Ella also shared that her graduating high school class had only 32 students.

Kim Kardashian Only Wants One Dollar from the Men Who Robbed Her
Kim Kardashian is reportedly asking for only one Euro in compensation from the men who tied her up and robbed her at gunpoint in Paris back in 2016.
That symbolic amount equals about $1.17 American.
During last year’s criminal trial, the group’s ringleader sent Kim a written apology. Kim responded by saying:
“I forgive you for what has taken place. But it doesn’t change the emotion and the feelings and the trauma.”
In another bizarre story connected to the Kardashian world, a man in the UK was recently sentenced to more than 13 years in prison for smuggling cocaine inside a truck carrying SKIMS clothing.
The company later released a statement clarifying they had absolutely nothing to do with the crime.

Country group The Red Clay Strays shared a terrifying story after revealing they “almost died” while flying to the ACM Awards.
According to the band, a piece of their private jet’s engine flew off during takeoff, forcing the aircraft to circle for hours before making an emergency landing.
The group described the experience as horrifying, but thankfully everyone landed safely. They were able to switch planes and continue their trip to the awards show.
And it’s a good thing they made it — because the band ended up winning Group of the Year.
