In addition to the General Rules posted on the website for Station, which is owned and operated by the Company, the following Specific Rules apply to this Promotion. Please consult those General Rules in addition to these Specific Rules. All capitalized terms not defined in these Specific Rules will have the meanings established in the General Rules. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between those General Rules and these Specific Rules, these Specific Rules shall control. The General Rules and these Specific Rules shall be collectively referred to as the “Official Rules”.

Promotion Period:
The Promotion begins on Monday July 27th and ends on Sunday, August 2nd, 2026.
Entry Methods:
There is one Entry Method: Text Message Throughout the Promotion Period, Participants are encouraged to listen to the Station for solicitations to text in an hourly keyword (each, an “Announcement”). Participants shall receive one (1) Entry per correct keyword submitted.
Number of Entries:
Participants may submit Entries for multiple Announcements throughout the Promotion Period. Multiple valid Entries by the end of the Promotion Period will increase the Participant’s odds of winning.
Entry Period:
All Entries must be received by the Station no later than 11:59 PM on Sunday, July 2nd 2026 or they will be considered void.
Number of Winners:
There will be one (1) Winner for this Promotion.
Winner Selection:
Following the conclusion of the Promotion Period, on Sunday, July2nd, 2026, Station staff shall select the Winner via random drawing from amongst all eligible entries.
Prize (ARV):
The Prize Package consists of the following elements: One (1) pair of tickets to a performance of the Blake Shelton to be held on Saturday, November 14, 2026, beginning at approximately6:00 PM local time, at Chase Field (the “Venue”), located at 401 E. Jefferson, Phoenix, AZ 85004 valued at approximately Two Hundred Fifty Dollars (ARV $250). One (1) pair of round-trip airfare tickets to an airport in the Phoenix, AZ metropolitan area, to depart from an airport in the Houston, TX metropolitan area on Friday, November 13th and return on Sunday, November 15th, 2026, valued at approximately Seven Hundred and Forty Dollars (ARV of $740). Two-nights’ accommodation for two (2) at a hotel in the Phoenix, AZ metropolitan area, check in Friday, November 13th and check out Sunday, November 15th, 2026, valued at approximately Three Hundred Thirty Dollars (ARV of $330). Total Prize Package ARV $1,320 – subject to fluctuation based on hotel and airfare rates. See “Additional Prize Terms and Conditions” below for additionaldetails.
Prize Provider:

The Winner agrees to look solely to applicable Prize Provider with respect to any claims, losses, or disputes in connection the element of the Prize provided by such party. The Station is not responsible for any failure of Prize Provider to deliver the Prize or any elements of the Prize.
ADDITIONAL PRIZE TERMS & CONDITIONS:
The arrival and departure airports (each an “Airport”), booking times, and specific choice of hotel (the “Hotel”) are all TBD and at the sole and absolute discretion of the Prize Provider. The Prize Provider shall contact the Winner to coordinate all aspects of Prize delivery and fulfillment.
Fulfillment of the Prize is subject to certain restrictions, including but not limited to air travel/flight availability, and certain hotel/room availability. If the Winner is unable or unwilling to accommodate the scheduling, choice of Airport(s), or choice of Hotel as determined by the Prize Provider, the Prize shall be forfeited with no substitution or reimbursement. If the Prize is forfeited, it shall be the Station’s and/or Prize Provider’s exclusive discretion whether to select and alternate Winner.
All expenses and/or incidentals not enumerated in the Prize description above, including but not limited to meals, beverages, parking fees, and souvenirs, as well as all matters regarding transportation to and from the Airport(s), the Venue, and the Hotel, shall be the sole and exclusive responsibility of the Winner and/or his/her guest.
By participating in the Promotion and accepting the Prize, the Winner and his/her guest understand and accept the risks of loss associated with travel, including but not limited to: property damage, personal injury, exposure to disease(s), and death. The Winner and his/her guest freely accept, and voluntarily assume, all such travel-related risks in connection with the Prize, and shall hold harmless employees of the Station, the Company, the Prize Provider, and each of their respective parents, officers, directors, subsidiaries, affiliates, general sponsors, advertisers, competitors, promotional partners, members of the immediate families, and members of the households (whether related or not).
